My Approach
People often describe me as warm, approachable, encouraging, and practical.
I work in a person-centred, strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and solution-focused way. I believe that everyone brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives, and that meaningful change happens through curiosity, reflection, and supportive conversations.
My work combines professional expertise with creativity, humour, and practical tools that people can apply immediately.
I use a range of approaches, including:
• Neurodiversity-affirming practice
• Executive function coaching
• Reflective practice
• Solution-focused approaches
• Strengths-based practice
• Creative learning and reflection tools
• Values-based conversations
• Trauma-informed approaches
I also developed the CONNECTS Model, a practical framework that underpins my training, coaching, and supervision. The model helps individuals and organisations improve communication, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance through meaningful conversations and practical strategies.
